Info

The world's first platform dedicated entirely to branded residences, connecting luxury brands, developers, and UHNW buyers in one place.

The branded residences market was accelerating fast across Dubai, Miami and Bangkok, but nobody had stepped up to own it. Brand Atlas saw the gap: a platform that could sit at the intersection of luxury brands, property developers and ultra-high-net-worth buyers, acting as both marketplace and strategic advisor in a largely untested market. The opportunity wasn't to enter the category. It was to define it.

The challenge was genuinely unique. With no competitors to reference, the brand needed to carry the reach and discoverability of something like Rightmove, while never compromising the exclusivity that UHNW buyers and luxury brands demand. On top of that, the platform had to serve multiple audiences simultaneously: developers listing properties, brands building presence, and buyers seeking both discovery and trusted advisory.

As creative lead, I was responsible for both the brand strategy and visual identity, and the UI/UX of a bespoke digital platform, two workstreams that needed to speak the same language from day one. Beyond that, the work extended across a full design system, investor materials, a quarterly publication, campaign concepts and OOH. Every decision was made to hold two things in tension: credibility and aspiration. In this market, you can't afford to slip either way.

Since launch, Brand Atlas has established significant traction within the sector, with over 1,000 luxury residences listed on the platform and partnerships secured with more than 90 global luxury brands, including Porsche, Bugatti, Versace, Four Seasons, and Jacob & Co. The work has helped position Brand Atlas as a defining voice within the branded residences market.
