Brand Atlas is a startup operating within an emerging and largely untested market. As demand for branded residences accelerates globally, particularly across cities such as Dubai, Miami, and Bangkok, the opportunity was not simply to enter the category, but to define it. The goal was to establish Brand Atlas as the authoritative platform at the intersection of luxury brands, property developers, and ultra-high-net-worth buyers, positioning the business as both the definitive marketplace and a strategic advisor.
The work encompassed the creation of a full brand identity and a bespoke digital platform, supported by a suite of materials designed to engage investors and prospective luxury brand partners. The identity was designed to balance credibility with aspiration, reflecting the dual role of advisor and category leader within a rapidly evolving market.
As creative lead, I was responsible for end-to-end design across both brand and digital. This included defining the brand foundations, building a scalable design system, and shaping a user experience that supports both discovery and advisory narratives. The work extended across presentation materials, a quarterly publication, campaign concepts, and large-scale OOH applications to support launch and growth.
Since launch, Brand Atlas has established significant traction within the sector, with over 1,000 luxury residences listed on the platform and partnerships secured with more than 90 global luxury brands, including Porsche, Bugatti, Versace, Four Seasons, and Jacob & Co. The work has helped position Brand Atlas as a defining voice within the branded residences market.
